INTERNAL REGULATION
In order to make your stay in our facility pleasant, please read the regulationS and the established rules of conduct carefully. At the time of booking confirmation, the aforementioned regulation is considered tacitly accepted. We welcome you again, thank you for choosing us and we wish you a happy and pleasant stay.
Guests are invited to observe the following rules, to guarantee a pleasant stay for others and for themselves:
• Documents: upon arrival, guests must provided identification documents for all of the guests, (including minors) in the booking (so that we can report the stay to the police);
• The rooms of the property are available from 15 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the management of the structure;
• Check-in after h. 8:00 pm has additional cost of 10,00 euro, after midnight 20,00 euro, after 2 am 30,00 euro.
• The booking must be paid in advance (if it has not already been paid at the time of booking) and the cost of any extras charged (late check-in) / tourist tax . Please note that these fees must be paid in cash;
• For those wishing to keep the room, on the day of departure, after the established time (and no later than 6:30 pm) can do so only if the room is available and with prior authorization from the management who will charge a supplement, the amount of which varies according to the daily rates and season;
• Customers who leave early are required to pay the room for the remaining days of the reservation pursuant to art. 1385 -1386 of the civil code and subsequent amendments;
• The room keys must be returned to one of the collaborators in charge unless otherwise agreed in advance. Rates are intended per day regardless of the time of entry;
• Clients wishing to leave during the night or in the morning before 7:30 am must check out, and pay the balance of any extras and tourist tax, the evening before departure;
• In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the room from the day booked due to difficulties during the trip, strikes, delays or personal and/or health reasons, there will be no refund;
• It is absolutely forbidden to allow people not registered in the structure to enter the apartment or the rooms;
• The parents or guardians of children or teenagers are responsible for the acts carried out by minors within the structure, they are required to supervise them, making sure that they maintain correct behavior towards other guests and are obliged to respect of silence;
• Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years;
• according to Italian Law, Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm-7:00am and 1:00pm-4:00pm. During these hours, there should be no excessive noise in the apartment or bedrooms (including entrance and hallways) or within the apartment.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in the property.
• Please close the doors check that the windows are tightly closed, in order to avoid possible theft of valuables from the rooms;
• please turn off the air conditioning and or heating when you are out of the room. Air conditioning and heating left on may be turned off remotely;
• The cleaning of the bedrooms/bathrooms and the change of towels takes place only on request and a supplement will be applied.
Any damage caused to the furniture due to negligence will be charged at the cost of restoration;
• Access to animals, even small ones, is not allowed;
• Shuttle service or paid bus service. For info and rates, ask the property's collaborators in advance of when the service must be performed. The shuttle service is external to the property and the rates are established by the company
• Wi-Fi is free for the exclusive use of guests, the access password is provided upon check-in;
• In the event of suspension of the electricity supply due to Enel or water due to the Aqueduct or other causes of force majeure, the Management declines all responsibility and is not required to make any reimbursement;
• Tourist tax: the tourist tax of €6.00, per day (for the first seven days) per person, is not included in the property rate and must be paid in cash separately during check-in or unless otherwise agreed with collaborators during check-out. The structure collects the tourist tax on behalf of the municipality of Florence;
• The property doesn’t provide any meals;
• The coffee capsules and bottles of water provided by the property are welcome.
